A feed line should be selected as a system, not as an isolated pipe diameter. Flexible auger and chain-disc lines use different conveying elements, route components and drive arrangements.

A chain-disc line pulls a chain with polymer discs through matching pipe and corner components. The route, corner wheels, outlets and drive package are selected together.

Components are not automatically interchangeable between the two systems. Selection depends on the route, elevation changes, corner arrangement, feed characteristics, discharge points and maintenance access. Final compatibility is confirmed before quotation.

Flexible Auger Feed Delivery Lines

Documented flexible auger configurations use a spiral conveying element inside PVC pipe. The final drive, route and connection details are confirmed for the selected series.

Representative 60, 75 and 90 mm configurations are shown below because their pipe and conveying roles are clearly documented. They are configuration references, not universal models or guaranteed project performance values.

A flexible auger line can be reviewed with a silo outlet, transparent hopper, intermediate connection and discharge points leading to feeders or troughs.

Chain-Disc Feed Conveying Lines

This public release presents the documented 60 mm chain-disc configuration and verified matching components.

A chain-disc system uses a chain with polymer discs, compatible feed pipe, corner wheels, drive-related components and selected outlets. Route changes are handled with components made for the chosen series.

Power, distance, throughput, corner quantity and electrical data are not generalized across suppliers or series. These items are reviewed with the selected route and drive package.

Main Feed-Line Components

Only representative, verified components are shown. Exact matching depends on the selected system and interface dimensions.

Conveying Element

Flexible spiral augers and chain-disc elements are selected only for their compatible system family.

Feed Pipe

Pipe diameter and documented material must match the selected conveying element and connection parts.

Silo and Hopper Connections

The delivery line begins at a confirmed feed source. Silo outlet, hopper and transition parts should be reviewed with the selected conveying system.

Provide the silo or hopper position, outlet information and planned route. If an existing feed source will be reused, include connection dimensions and clear photos.

Drive Units, Sensors and Controls

Drive and control equipment is selected for the documented system configuration and project route.

Selected systems may use a drive unit, terminal feed-level sensor and control functions for automatic start and stop. The available scope depends on the chosen equipment.

Electrical requirements are confirmed for the selected drive and control package before quotation. Voltage, frequency and control functions are not assumed from the destination country alone.

Pipe Diameter and Layout Planning

Diameter is one input in a complete configuration review. It does not independently determine route length, capacity or motor power.

Final line configuration depends on the selected system, route length, elevation, corner arrangement, feed characteristics and discharge-point requirements. A straight one-house route and a multi-building route can require different system structures even when they use a similar component size.

Material options shown for individual components apply only to the documented series. Final material and compatibility are confirmed before quotation.
